I’ve created two reservations by mistake, what should I do?

No need to worry, these things happen! If you have made two identical bookings accidentally, please cancel one of the reservations here or you can call our customer service team. Once the duplicate booking is cancelled, if you prepaid for the bookings, you can contact our customer service team to request a refund.
